Author Abstract

The authors maintain that intentional, values-based dialogue is a powerful framework for working with conflict in complex public policy disputes and describes the development and use of this dialogue method. Its premise is that "conflict is natural to the human condition and the differences underlying conflict are resources for new thinking."
