This Abstract written by: Publisher Description (Book Jacket)
This encyclopedia is an integrated version of Andrzej Huczynski's two earlier volumes, Encyclopedia of Management Development Methods and Encyclopedia of Organizational Change Methods. The original text has been revised and updated to reflect new developments in the field. The core of the book is a directory of more than 700 methods. Each entry typically comprises an explanation, a bibliography, and a set of cross-references to related entries. Other features include a review of different approaches to classifying the methods, and two valuable appendices. The first contains a framework designed to help practitioners to analyse the methods they are using or planning to use. The second provides details of books, journals and other sources of information about teaching, training and facilitation materials.
